They all discovered their diverse volunteer roles through #TeamHerts Volunteering (#THV). #THV are passionate about championing and celebrating volunteers across the county and we would love to hear from YOU! #TeamHerts Volunteering (#THV) have been working closely with HCC’s LDD team to provide a wide range of volunteering opportunities for individuals with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
